POLICIES
Lessons are confirmed when:
All lessons are paid for in full (rates on our PRICES page).
The waiver is signed and the student’s account set up and activated.
Instructor availability has been confirmed.
5-Packs:
All 5 lessons must be booked with the same instructor, in the same discipline. For students that would like to split the lessons between disciplines, we will do our best to accommodate this request but cannot guarantee, as each instructor has their own specialties.
When purchasing a 5-pack, all lessons must be scheduled at the time of purchase to ensure you get the times you are looking for. We receive a lot of requests for private lessons and are often booking one or two months out. This helps us ensure that you get your times. Please see below about changing a lesson time if you are concerned about scheduling.
Cancellations: please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you must cancel or re-schedule your lesson by emailing info@tricitycircus.com or calling 548-994-9443. A cancellation made with less than 24 hours notice may result in a forfeit of the lesson. This is up to the discretion of the instructor.
If the instructor or studio must cancel for any reason, you will be notified as soon as possible and provided with options to re-schedule.
Changing a Lesson Date/Time: If you need to change a lesson time, please email us at info@tricitycircus.com. We will change the lesson date/time if we receive notice more than 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to give you your preferred time, however we cannot guarantee any specific date or time for changes.
