HOW TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT WITH US

***Please note that it can take up to 2 business days to get you set up with us***

  1. Fill out and agree to all terms in our online PARTICIPATION PACKAGE.

    (Please note that this form is a one-time thing and is required in order to participate in our programs and classes.)

  2. Watch for an email from us inviting you to create a login.
    (We send this once we’ve set up your account manually, so you may not get the invite immediately. If you don’t see one arrive in you inbox within 2 business days, let us know via our email or phone below.)

  3. While you’re waiting for us to get you all set up, read through our Policies & Procedures, as well as our Make-Up & Cancellation Policy.

  4. Create a login for yourself and view the calendar below (or through your new account) to see our available classes.
    (Read the description to be sure that you meet the prerequisites of the class you’re interested in. The description will pop up when you select the class from the calendar.)

  5. Purchase a pass, create a reservation for your class, and voila: you’re done!

BUNDLE CLASS PACKAGES
***Only Applicable for Fall, Winter, & Spring Sessions***
(Each package below specifies number of classes per week for the session.)

Packages must be used by the same student (can’t be split between two or more students) and work for all ages.

PACKAGE 2 - 3 Aerial/Ground Arts classes

HOW TO REGISTER USING A BUNDLE CLASS PACKAGE

  1. Check the schedule to ensure that there are enough open spaces in classes to fulfill the pass you’d like to purchase.
    (i.e. if you’re purchasing Package 1, check to make sure there is currently availability in at least 2 aerial/ground classes etc.)

  2. Purchase the Package pass through your account by credit card.

  3. Email us at info@tricitycircus.com immediately to tell us what classes/dates/times you’d like to apply the pass for.
    (We must put your Package reservations in for you for the session.)


CURRENT MAKE-UP & CANCELLATION POLICY

Minimum Number of Students for Session Classes to Run
A session class must have at least 2 students in it to run. If a class has only 1 student registered when the session starts, we will run the first week of classes to allow for the possibility of additional registration. If the class still has only 1 student registered after the first week, the class will be cancelled and the student can apply the remaining balance on their session pass to private lessons during that session, or carry it forward as a credit for the following session.

Cancellation
Please email or call the studio to let us know if you are not able to make it to your reserved class/Open Gym at least 4 hours prior to the start of that class. This helps the instructor plan their lesson. If you do not give us notice 4 hours in advance it will be considered a late-cancel and your credit for that class will be forfeit.

Cancellation on Weekends
Over the weekend, our email and voicemail is checked sporadically for cancellations. Please continue to notify us of any changes to your schedule at least 4 hours in advance (24 is preferrable so that we can ensure that instructors do not show up for a private lesson that is not running). You will receive a response and credits will be adjusted when our Front Desk Assistant is back in the studio on Monday evening.

Make-Up Classes
You are allotted UP TO 2 MAKE-UP CLASSES PER SESSION, provided that you cancelled at least 4 hours in advance of the class(es) you missed. The make-up classes must be in a class of the same type/level as the class you were registered for, and must have an open spot (i.e. if you’re registered for a Beginner Adult Silks class, you can make-up in another Beginner Adult Silks class that has open space). The make-up class credit must be used in the same session before the session is over. Make-up credits cannot be transferred to another session.

For adult classes only: In lieu of a make-up class, the make-up credit can be used for an Open Gym with available space in it within the same session. We are unable to provide Open Gym credits for students under the age of 16, unless by special consent of an instructor.

Refunds
WE ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON.
Please speak with our Front Desk Assistant about options such as holding credits.
